The main programming will be packed with over 100 sessions and 300 speakers, immersive deep-dive sessions for attendees to explore key topics, presentations from some of the most innovative companies and researchers, and opportunities to engage and foster collaborations virtually and build lasting partnerships.

ATA2022 will offer CME credits, provided by the University of Virginia.

Registration Terms and  Conditions:

• ATA2022 offers two levels of registration: In-Person All Access and Virtual-Limited Access. Both levels will receive a Map Your Show account to access exhibitor listings, on-demand sessions, and matchmaking/virtual networking capabilities. All sessions will be recorded and available as on-demand.
• A registrant can upgrade registration from Virtual to In-person by paying the difference in the registration fee.
• A registrant can downgrade registration from in-person to virtual, however, no refund of the difference in price will be provided.
• If you are unsure if you will be attending ATA2022 in-person, we suggest that you register as a virtual attendee and upgrade at a later time if you decide to attend in person.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

All requests for refunds for cancellations received prior to or on March 6, 2022, will be honored less a $100 administrative fee. Refund requests must be sent in writing. Discounts are not retroactive.

Cancellation of registration includes cancellation of all ticketed events purchased during registration.  After March 6, 2022, registrations and cancellations received are not refundable. You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel it. ATA membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.

Substitution Policy

Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, a non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing:

Health and Safety

ATA2022 will take place in person at Boston Exhibition & Convention Center (BCEC).

Beginning January 15, the City of Boston requires proof of vaccination against COVID-19 in order to enter certain indoor spaces, including convention centers and exhibition halls. Businesses will be responsible for checking proof of vaccination and the following will be accepted for verification:

• • A CDC vaccination card
  • A digital image of your CDC card
  • An image of any immunization record, or
  • A City of Boston app or any other COVID vaccine verification app. (For more information, please visit the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority)
  • All ATA2022 registrants and ATA staff will be required to be fully vaccinated and provide proof.

The ATA will implement onsite protocols, working closely with BCEC and local public health officials. We will monitor developments over the next several weeks and continue to adapt and provide updates of any changes.

BCEC is closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and the National Restaurant Association’s suggested procedural guidelines.

Consent to Use Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at or participation in ATA meetings and related activities constitute an agreement by the registrant to ATA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities. Exceptions to this consent must be made in writing to: events@americantelemed.org
