Oliver Lignell

Oliver brings more than twenty-five years of healthcare strategy and initiative delivery experience to AVIA including solution innovation work in ambulatory and acute settings, clinical call centers, care transitions, remote monitoring, and telehealth. He is responsible for leading consulting and member initiatives in Virtual Health, a consumer focused, IoT informed, and AI enhanced vision for Telehealth and Telemedicine.

Prior to his role with AVIA, Oliver was partner and provider business consulting practice lead with Cognizant, enterprise director at CIGNA, national director of information management with Kaiser Permanente, and senior manager leading healthcare engagements at Accenture. An engaging presenter, Oliver has been an invited speaker at national conferences, workshops, and ​webinars.

Oliver is a certified project management professional, holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, ​Santa Cruz​, and earned an Associate in Risk Management designation. He has also studied human centered design, agile, CMMI, and principle-centered leadership.
