In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by the American Telemedicine Association and the University of Virginia School of Medicine and School of Nursing is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

How to claim your credit
CME credits can only be claimed once. Please read through the following instructions carefully and do not claim credit until you have completed all available sessions for which you wish to claim credit.
- Once you have participated in all available sessions and are ready to claim your total credits:
- Go to www.cmevillage.com
- Click on the “Learning Portal” button
- At the top right or on the left menu bar click “Sign-In”. If you have attended a program with us before, you will enter your email address and password. If you are a new user, enter your email address, select “Create Account” and follow the instructions to set up your profile and password
- Click “CE Certificate – Eval for Credit”
- Enter CME Activity Code 147547
- Complete and submit the evaluation
- Certificate Preparation; indicate the number of credits you wish to claim for attending this activity. Click “Submit.”
- Click “Print Certificate” or you can access later by visiting our website at: cmevillage.com, click “Learning Portal”, “Sign In”, and click “Credit History & Past Certificate.”
