We will convene the thought leaders, front-line providers, innovators and solution providers to continue to advance the adoption of virtual care in light of the current health crisis and beyond.

+How do I register for ATA2021?

+Once registered, how do I access the conference and networking?

You must create a My Planner account to access the virtual venue, using the email address you used to register.
Once you have your Planner account, you are set! You can access networking and start connecting with attendees and sponsors as well as view session information. Starting June 1, live content will be viewed here.
+I'm registered, but the site won't allow me to access content. What should I do?
You must create a My Planner account to access the virtual venue, using the email address you used to register.
+I missed a session. Will content be available later?
Yes, all live sessions will be recorded and available as On Demand content to registered attendees for 3 months.
+Will there be session Q&A?
All live panels will have live Q&A with speakers via chat. Once live sessions air, they will go into On Demand viewing mode. If you have questions for anything in On Demand mode, you can reach out to speakers via the Networking tool.
Research presentation Q&A will be available through the Networking tool.
Mainstage sessions will not have live Q&A, but will have group chat for attendees to post comments.
+Does ATA2021 content offer closed-captioning?
Yes, in session controls, you will see “CC” to select closed-captioning.
+What is the ATA2021 cancellation policy?
All requests for refunds for cancellations for the ATA2021 conference received prior to or on April 16, 2021 will be honored less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellation of registration included cancellation of recorded sessions and all ticketed events purchased during registration. After April 16, 2021, registrations and cancellations received are not refundable. You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel it. ATA membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type. Instructions to log in to conference will be provided closer to the event. Registrations cannot be shared.

+Does ATA2021 offer CME?
Sessions within the Research Oral and Poster Presentations are CME-eligible and are noted as CME-eligible. ATA2021 offers up to 8 CME credits through University of Virginia. More info here.
