HOW TO CLAIM YOUR CREDIT:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

  2. Click on the \u201cLearning Portal\u201d button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. At the top right or on the left menu bar click \u201cSign-In\u201d. If you have attended a program with us before, you will enter your email address and password. If you are a new user, enter your email address, select \u201cCreate Account\u201d and follow the instructions to set up your profile and <\/a><\/li>\n
    2. Click \u201cCE Certificate \u2013 Eval for Credit\u201d<\/li>\n
    3. Enter CME Activity Code 143415<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Complete and submit the evaluation<\/li>\n
    5. Certificate Preparation; indicate the number of credits you wish to claim for attending this activity. Click \u201cSubmit.\u201d<\/li>\n

      Accreditation & Designation Statement<\/strong><\/p>\n

      In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by the American Telemedicine Association and the University of Virginia School of Medicine and School of Nursing is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.<\/p>\n

      AMA PRA CATEGORY 1 CREDIT<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      The University of Virginia School of Medicine and School of Nursing designates this live virtual activity and enduring material, for a maximum of 8.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits<\/em><\/strong>.TM<\/sup><\/strong><\/em>\u00a0 <\/strong>\u00a0Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.<\/p>\n

      HOURS OF PARTICIPATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The University of Virginia School of Medicine and School of Nursing awards 8.0<\/strong> hours of participation <\/strong>(consistent with the\u00a0designated number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM\u00a0 <\/sup><\/em>or ANCC contact hours) to a participant who successfully completes this educational activity. The University of Virginia School of Medicine and School of Nursing maintains a record of participation for six (6) years.<\/p>\n

      MOC II <\/strong><\/p>\n

      Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity for a maximum of 8.0<\/strong> MOC Part II (ABMS) points.<\/p>\n

      Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 8.0 MOC points [and patient safety MOC credit] in the American Board of Internal Medicine\u2019s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program.
