Cecily is Deputy General Counsel at Wheel, a healthcare technology company that makes it simple for companies to build virtual care services under their brand by providing the infrastructure and clinicians. Cecily leads Wheel's legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with a range of federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertinent to the delivery of virtual care nationwide. Cecily serves as strategic advisor to company leadership on matters of corporate governance, financing, and employment, while also playing a key role on policy engagement.  She is a results-driven, innovative, and adaptable in-house counsel, with over six years of experience in commercial contracting, litigation, and in-house representation.
