Registration and Attendance
+Will ATA2022 be completely in-person?
- ATA2022 offers three levels of attendance: In-Person: All Access, In-Person: Exhibits Plus and Virtual: Limited Access. All levels will receive a Map Your Show account to access exhibitor listings, and matchmaking/virtual networking capabilities. All sessions will be recorded and available as on-demand. All Access and Virtual receive access to on demand sessions post-conference. See registration pricing for more details.
- A registrant can upgrade registration from Virtual to In-person by paying the difference in the registration fee.
- A registrant can downgrade registration from in-person to virtual, however, no refund of the difference in price will be provided.
- If you are unsure if you will be attending ATA2022 in-person, we suggest that you register as a virtual attendee and upgrade at a later time if you decide to attend in person.
+Cancellation Policy
All requests for refunds for cancellations received prior to or on March 6, 2022, will be honored less a $100 administrative fee. Refund requests must be sent in writing. Discounts are not retroactive.

Cancellation of registration includes cancellation of all ticketed events purchased during registration. After March 6, 2022, registrations and cancellations received are not refundable. You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel it. ATA membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.
+I've registered for ATA2022, but now can't attend? Can I send a substitute?
Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, a non-member fee will be required. Substitutions must be made in writing:

+What content will be available to a virtual attendee?
Virtual attendees will have access to content that is livestreamed from the mainstage. This content will also be recorded and available for viewing when available post-conference. In addition, virtual attendees will have access to content that will be recorded and available post-conference when available: panel discussions, express talks, executive spotlights, research oral presentations (not posters), deep-dive’s. You can filter this content on our online agenda.

+Will there be a conference app?
Yes, there will be a conference app. Attendees will be able to add sessions to their show planner to help manage their schedule. This will be available to attendees a few days pre-conference.
Health and Safety
+What protocols will be in place at ATA2022?
ATA2022 will take place in person at the Boston Exhibition & Convention Center (BCEC). Due to improving COVID-19 metrics, the City of Boston has lifted the indoor mask and proof of vaccination mandates. As a result, ATA2022 attendees will not be required to show proof of vaccination or wear indoor masks.
The ATA is working closely with BCEC and local public health officials to review and monitor developments over the next few weeks and will continue to adapt and provide updates of any changes to ATA2022 procedures, as needed.
BCEC is closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and the National Restaurant Association’s suggested procedural guidelines. For more information, please visit the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority)
CME
+Will CME be available at ATA2022?
Yes, CME will be available on content in the Research Track (poster and oral presentations, specifically). These sessions are tagged as being CME accredited.
+How many credits will be available and how will I apply?
CME credits will be accredited by the University of Virginia School of Medicine.
AMA PRA CATEGORY 1 CREDIT
The University of Virginia School of Medicine and School of Nursing designates this live virtual activity and enduring material, for a maximum of 8 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.TM Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
ANCC CONTACT HOURS
The University of Virginia School of Medicine and School of Nursing awards 8.0 contact hours for nurses who participate in this educational activity and complete the post activity evaluation.
MOC II
Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity for a maximum of 8.0 MOC Part II (ABMS) points.
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 8.0 MOC points [and patient safety MOC credit] in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
