Traci has been with Beauregard Health System for four years and was appointed CEO on January 1st, 2021.  Her previous role at BHS was serving as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for nursing, clinical support services, food services, plant operations, environmental services, and the Beauregard Physician Group.  As COO, Traci launched a robust telemedicine program across 4 service lines, bringing much needed specialty consults to better support inpatient care.  Prior to joining Beauregard Health System, she was Vice President of the Ortho/Neuro Service Line at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette, LA and worked closely with the Neuro team to strengthen the hub-spoke model tele-stroke program offered to rural spoke sites.  Prior to Our Lady of Lourdes, Mrs. Thibodeaux was a Practice Administrator for Cardiovascular Institute of the South, managing the cardiovascular service lines in multiple rural markets.

​Traci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Louisiana Lafayette, and a Master of Health Administration from Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Additionally, she’s served on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Acadiana from 2015-2017, is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a Certified Medical Practice Executive, and a Certified Emergenetics Trainer.  Traci holds membership with a variety of professional organizations including Louisiana Hospital Association, American Hospital Association, American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Medical Group Management Association.
