Patricia Larkin-Upton
Dr. Patricia Larkin-Upton, PT, DPT, MS, CWS, CEEAA, CCI graduated with Master's Degrees in Science and Physical Therapy in June 1989 from Springfield College and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy with Distinction from Arcadia University in January 2012. She earned her board specialization in wound management (CWS) from ABWM in 2009. She earned her Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults from the APTA in September 2015. Patty has worked for Genesis Rehab Services for the past 21 years in mulitple roles, currently serving as a Clinical Director supporting clinical and regulatory practice nationally for the company. Prior to this Dr. Larkin-Upton worked over 10 years in acute care, home care, and acute rehab specializing in neurological, cardiopulmonary, and orthopedic practice. Dr. Larkin-Upton has developed and presented courses nationally on skin and wounds, dementia, oncology, pain management, biophysical agent modalities, and telehealth. She currently serves on the APTA- NH Board of Directors as Treasurer, the APTA WMSIG as Vice Chair, and is a member of the NH Falls Task Force. Patty is very passionate about clinical excellence, patient advocacy, life long learning, and emphasizes the importance of the Interdisciplinary model in all patient care.
