Mujadala (MJ) Abdul-Majid

Mujadala (MJ) Abdul-Majid is an Associate General Counsel at Facebook helping to build social value through how individuals connect to one another. Prior to joining Facebook, she was a Director at Ro, a telehealth company that handles everything from an online visit with a healthcare provider to the delivery of medication to patients, and the head of Amazon’s Regulatory Intelligence, Compliance, and Engagement team.

Passionate about the intersection of law, technology, and healthcare, MJ served on the biomedical research committee of Georgetown University Medical Center’s Institutional Review Board and was a regulatory attorney with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration where she focused on regulatory policy development, compliance, and enforcement in the agency’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. She holds a master’s in Biotechnology with a concentration in Bioinformatics and has lectured, presented, and authored publications on topics such as regulatory oversight and legislative developments affecting healthcare product development and access to medicine.
