Urvi Shah is an experienced leader in Deloitte Consulting’s Life Sciences and Health Care Practice with over 10 years of management consulting experience. She is in the Customer Strategy practice and a leader in the Customer & Digital Transformation solution for the health care sector where she helps clients develop and implement Customer Experience strategies with the strategic application of digital tools and technology to enhance the experience they are able to provide to customers. She also leads Deloitte’s Virtual Health practice – helping clients determine the Virtual Health capabilities and offerings that are most appropriate for them. Urvi has worked with a breadth of health care provider organizations including large integrated delivery systems, Academic medical centers, retailers, traditional physician clinics and hospitals, as well as long term care and mental health facilities.
