Ronald Dixon

Dr. Ronald Dixon is Head of Clinical Affairs at Onduo, a type 2 diabetes virtual care program, and joint venture between Verily Life Sciences (an Alphabet company) and Sanofi, that combines connected tools, coaching and clinical support to help individuals better manage their diabetes. He is a relationship-driven provider focused on paving the way for evidence-based virtual care with a passion for re-imagining primary care, population health, and access to care. Prior to joining Onduo, Dr. Dixon held several roles within Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) including Director of the Center for the Integration of Medicine and Innovative Technology’s (CIMIT) Delivery System Innovation Program and Director for the Massachusetts General Physicians Organization. During his tenure at MGH, he led several initiatives including using asynchronous telehealth to manage patients with chronic diseases through the MGH’s Virtual Practice. Additionally, Dr. Dixon is Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, participates on several committees focused on holistic and integrated care delivery.
Dr. Dixon received a medical degree from Dartmouth College Geisel School of Medicine followed by a residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and administrative fellowship with the Massachusetts General Physicians Organization.
