Mandy Bell

Mandy Bell is the eCARE Innovation Officer at Avera Health in Sioux Falls, SD and has been involved in telemedicine for 12 years. She oversees Avera’s specialty consult, direct to consumer, and school health telehealth programs as well as research programs for Avera eCARE. She also facilitates the innovation process within eCARE that has launched of 9 of Avera’s 11 telemedicine verticals and garnered over $100 million in grant support. Mandy has a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota.
