Liberty Eberly

Dr. Liberty Eberly is a founding member of innovaTel telepsychiatry and currently serves as their Chief Medical Officer. She is a board-certified psychiatrist, specializing in outpatient community mental health, providing care to all ages. She has been practicing exclusively via the telemedicine modality since 2010, making her the most tenured telemedicine provider at innovatel. She is a graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, PA. She has been practicing psychiatry since 2009 and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and American Psychiatric Association.
Dr. Eberly holds a Master of Science in Medical Education and enjoys teaching, especially in a case-consultative model. She participated in the 3-year, national COMPASS grant program studying the outcomes of a collaborative approach in treating patients experiencing a chronic medical condition and depression. She feels passionate about providing high-quality psychiatric care to underserved areas and about the use of collaborative models to enhance access to care.
