Libby Baney

Libby envisions and executes on legal and policy solutions for digital health companies and trade associations. She’s known for her “Yes, let’s find a way!” approach to client service and problem solving. She applies this can-do attitude when advising telehealth companies on pharmacy, FDA, and third-party certification compliance matters and when advocating before the U.S. Government on digital health policy matters. Amongst other clients, Libby represents the Alliance for Safe Online Pharmacies (ASOP Global), the ASOP Global Foundation, the American Telemedicine Association, many individual direct-to-consumer telehealth companies, and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.
