Jeffrey Barnello

Jeffrey Barnello is the Telehealth Program Manager for the Cohen Veterans Network. Founded by Steven A. Cohen in 2016, Cohen Veterans Network was created to serve post-9/11 veterans and military families through outpatient mental health care clinics across the country.
As Telehealth Program Manager, Jeff is responsible for the day to day operations of telehealth throughout the networks 15 clinics, as well as the implementation and sustainment of telehealth for all new clinics. As the program leader, Jeff is also responsible for the strategy and growth of telehealth throughout the network.
Jeff has more than 17 years of healthcare operations and technology experience. Prior to joining Cohen Veterans Network, Jeff served as Telehealth Operations and Technology Manager for Nemours CareConnect, the award wining telehealth program of Nemours Children’s Health System.
