Hans Arora
Hans C. Arora, M.D. Ph.D is a pediatric urology fellow at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Previously he completed an urology residency at the Cleveland Clinic Glickman Urological & Kidney Institute. He is a graduate of the Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP) at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, where he earned his Ph.D. in Biological Sciences with a Cancer Nanotechnology focus, graduating Magna Cum Laude and was also inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He received his B.S. with Honors in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. His current research interests are at the intersection of health care policy and patient care, specifically designing and conducting research that informs policy makers before, during, and after introduction and implementation of health care legislation. He has specific interests in the implementation of telemedicine in outpatient pediatric urology care and the use of augmented intelligence in health care. He continues to be professionally involved in organized medicine through the American Medical Association and American Urological Association, and remains committed to advocacy for his patients and profession at the federal, state, and local levels.
