Danielle Flynn

Danielle Flynn is the Director of Penn Medicine Home Health and the leader of the Penn Medicine at Home Virtual Case Management program. Previously she served as the Associate Director of Operations and Excellence in which she oversaw the Hospice, Home Health, and Palliative Care quality and regulatory initiatives.

She received her BSN from Widener University and her MSN in Health Care Administration from the University of Pennsylvania where she also completed a minor in Organizational Dynamics of Healthcare Systems and a certificate in Human Resources Management from the Wharton School of Business.
