Adam Greenberg

Adam Greenberg is General Counsel of Ro, the telehealth company behind Roman, Rory, and Zero. Adam is responsible for Ro’s legal, regulatory, government affairs, and risk management functions. Prior to Ro, Adam was Head of Legal and Public Policy at Warby Parker, where he contributed to the development of the company’s ocular telemedicine products. Before moving in-house, Adam worked in the litigation, IP/technology, and real estate groups at Skadden Arps. Prior to Skadden, Adam completed a judicial clerkship with The Honorable Ferdinand F. Fernandez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Adam attended law school at the University of Southern California and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
