The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we all live and work. As a result, virtual and hybrid events have become part of the new normal. Hosting an engaging and informative virtual conference is an innovative way to remain connected, move our industry and our businesses forward, and support each other during these challenging times.

We strongly believe that it’s more important than ever for our industry to come together, to share experiences, explore the opportunities and overcome the challenges of telehealth in this new reality. We are excited to re-imagine our annual conference and have proactively created as a dynamic, interactive and virtual experience!

ATA2020 is on a virtual platform — an interactive online event that will bring together our industry’s stakeholders, thought leaders and decision makers in an engaging and interactive online experience.

Originally scheduled for May 3-5 in Phoenix, AZ, ATA2020 will now take place June 22-26 as a virtual conference and expo. Our team has built a dynamic program for ATA2020, and we are excited to convene an all-star lineup of speakers, covering some of today’s most pressing topics and sharing real-world experience and learnings with attendees. Sessions will take place from remote locations via our web-streamed conference stage. Registered attendees will log in to the ATA2020 webstream to view sessions, participate in Q&A with speakers, engage with each other, and meet with exhibitors. Our robust online exhibit floor experience will allow exhibitors to demo their products, share videos and downloadable documents and hold one-on-one and group meetings with attendees.

ATA2020 will take place June 22-26.

ATA2020 is taking place virtually — the event has not been cancelled. We have reduced the registration fee for the virtual conference.

For those who already registered to attend ATA2020 in Phoenix, your registration has been transferred to the ATA2020 virtual conference taking place June 22-26; the remaining funds will automatically be applied as a credit toward your registration for the ATA2021 conference. All registered attendees received notification of this process on March 25.

The original deadline to cancel registration to the ATA2020 in-person conference, less $100 processing fee, was March 13. This deadline was extended to April 3. Please note that on March 25, registered attendees received written notification that the event was moving to a virtual platform, and being held June 22-26, and that registration fees were being transferred to ATA2020 (with any remaining funds applied to attend ATA2021. All transfers have been completed.

If you booked hotel accommodations through our room block, your reservation has been cancelled by Eventsphere, our event housing and management partner. There is no penalty or action needed at this time, and you will be receiving an email with an official reservation cancellation number. You do not need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation. If you booked a local hotel outside of the official ATA room block, you will need to cancel that reservation directly.

The ATA2020 AI-based Connect platform will help you maximize your networking by recommending attendees based on areas of interest and expertise. You’ll have opportunities to schedule meetings and connect throughout the program.

We value our relationships with our exhibitors and sponsors, and remain focused on creating a highly engaging and productive experience that will support networking, foster partnerships and promote your companies and product offerings via a robust virtual platform. Sponsorship and exhibitor fees will be transferred to the virtual event. Our team understands the importance of your investment in ATA2020 and will be working closely with each company to create valuable, online business opportunities and networking for each of our sponsors and exhibitors.

The ATA2020 Expo experience will allow exhibitors to demo their products, share videos and downloadable documents, and hold one-on-one and group meetings with attendees. Exhibitors will share thought leadership content, information and resources with attendees and other key stakeholders.
